Suntan Freediving School was founded in 2017 with co-founder Tommy as the lead instructor. 

We offer the Apnea Total Education curriculum, a first professional freediving institution operating in Southeast Asia. 

 

We prioritize learning through doing, especially in ensuring our students feel comfortable in water. 

Similarly our beginner course places an emphasis on real practice to boost confidence and enjoyment in water.
